As discussed in our Privacy Policy, at Nowcontacts we respect the customer's right to complete privacy.
Hence, we will not ask you for any unnecessary personal information, nor will we use any of the personal information you divulge to us in any way that you have not been informed about first. Hence, we will not sell, trade or exchange any personal information about you.
At Nowcontacts we define "personal information" as any information about a person which tends to specifically identify that person.
We hate 'SPAM' as much as you do. Unless you give us explicit permission to contact you by choosing to subscribe to the newsletter or to receive a reminder, you will not hear from us unless there is something regarding your account or your order that we feel it's important for you to know about.
Complaints
At Nowcontacts we strive for the highest quality in everything we do however, there are occasions when things can go wrong. If you have a complaint please contact customer services on email sales@nowcontacts.com.au or telephone 1300 55 77 05. Our customer service department is staffed from Mon - Fri 9am-5pm AEST. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. In most cases customers receive a response within 48 hours.
Security
Nowcontacts is a secure e-commerce website, with all Internet transactions conducted via the SecurePay e-commerce gateway. SecurePay.com.au transmits credit card transactions safely over the Internet directly to banks for real-time authorisation. SecurePay supports VISA, MasterCard, BankCard, Diners Club and American Express.
For the consumer: Credit card details are not stored anywhere on the internet or in our database We do not see the credit card details except the merchant's bank ID We use very strong encryption (1,024-bit RSA & 128-bit RC4) provided by a Trusted Root Certificate Authority Use of any Java or SSL-enabled web browser on any computing platform No plug-ins are needed Response from the bank sent securely to the consumer's browser No subscription to the service required
Customer credit card details are encrypted before they are sent over the Internet directly to our banking institution. As a result, not even our staff at Nowcontacts will ever be able to see or record your credit card details. Therefore customers can feel confident knowing your transactions are being dealt with in the most secure environment available!. |
